Make some room, gentlemen: EA Sports has finally added women to its annual soccer title, announcing that female national teams will be present in FIFA 16.

The publisher revealed the news in a trailer for FIFA 16 focused solely on women internationals, which you can watch below. USWNT members star in the video, include Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan.
The video includes gameplay clips from FIFA 16 (which we have yet to see before this), as well as some footage of the real athletes. They deliver some lines about this being their sport, too, and are shown briefly doing some motion capture.

There are no women's club teams, which isn't too surprising given their lack of general exposure, and national teams can only compete against other women's teams. There are 12 total available: Germany, USA, France, Sweden, England, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Spain, China, Italy, and Mexico.
There is plenty more news to come about FIFA 16, as these are just the first details for this year's title. EA said today is the start of many announcements to come, so expect multiple feature reveals and some videos in the near future.
