Riot Games has revealed its next champion for League of Legends in a slick new intro video.

Ekko is a time-bending warrior, with the ability to wind back the clock and try his hand at a certain scenario until he gets it right. This is accomplished through some sort of device he keeps slung around his back, and he is depicted in the video (below) as a sword-wielder.
Interestingly, his time travel does not seem to reverse any ill effects he suffers. He's shown trying to fight the same large enemy, rewinding when he doesn't execute his attack perfectly and takes a hit. Time reverses back and he's given a chance to try again, but Riot makes a point to show that he's hurting from each blow, even after he rewinds.

It will be interesting to see how this ability translates into the game. It makes for a cool animated video (Riot is really quite good at making these), but it's seems pretty obvious that Ekko won't be able to rewind every player's game with a skill. We can only guess at his abilities for now--Riot only provided what is shown below, and (as far as I can find) no details have leaked concerning his skills.
