L.A. School District Abandoning $1.3 Billion iPad Curriculum, Wants Refund
Instead of a single free download, you can get your hands on multiple games and apps if you're using Android and head to the Amazon store. What's more--most of the games being offered for free are actually quite good.
Several Of EA's Free-To-Play Games Are Going Offline
Here's the list, with the prices of what the games usually cost:
- Plants vs. Zombies (Popcap Games, $0.99)
- Osmos HD (Hemisphere Games, $2.99)
- Prince of Persia Classic (Ubisoft, $1.99)
- Virtua Tennis Challenge (SEGA, $4.99)
- Adventure Time Game Wizard (Cartoon Network, $4.99)
- Tabletop Racing (Playrise Digital, $1.99)
- F18 Carrier Landing 2 Pro (RORTOS, $5.99)
- Unmechanical (Teotl Studios, $1.99)
I can't speak for all of those games, but Plants vs. Zombies and Osmos HD are quite good. And at the worst, everything is free--you've got nothing to lose but storage space and time. The bundle doesn't only contain games, though, and there are a number of useful apps included. They're mainly life and productivity apps--chess lessons, a mobile document scanner, Spanish-English dictionary, and more.
The bundle will only be offered today, so take your opportunity while you can if interested.
