Mass Effect 3 DLC Ending - June 26th

The pack expands upon the events at the end of Mass Effect 3 through additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes. It is said to provide deeper insight to Commander Shepard's journey based on player choices during the war against the Reapers. It will be a free download on PC PS3 and Xbox 360. UK PS3 users will be able to download the DLC on June 27 with the regularly scheduled PS Store update.

After being found not guilty of false advertising by the UK's Advertising Standard Authority, EA has given a release date for the expanded ending to Mass Effect 3. And it will be out in less than a week's time.

Voice actors Raphael Sbarge, Tricia Helfer, and Lance Henrikson recently confirmed with G4TV their return to the BioWare studio to voice more lines for the DLC. Henrikson said of his addition to the game, "we did a whole series of things to add to the end of the game, to live up to the quality they've been doing."

Mass Effect 3 was hailed upon its release, selling over 3 million copies, but many were disappointed with the game's ending, an issue EA and BioWare hope to resolve with this "new," and adjusted ending. Said to provide a deeper insight into Commander Shepard's journey, the ending will be available as a free download for PS3, PC, and XBox360, June 26th.
