If you're a completionist, The Amazing Spider-Man for iOS and Android comes out around the same time as the console version on June 26th. Developed by Gameloft, who literally develop any major film into a mobile game it seems, the game seems to take place around the same time as the film, compared to the console game which acts as part epilogue and part lead-in to the inevitable Amazing sequel.
There's no info avaliable on the price of the iOS/Android games, but the opening footage proves one thing's for sure: it's annoying. The low-rent version of Andrew Garfield they found to whine as Peter Parker is an instant turn-off and the game looks weirdly like port of the Playstation 2 adaptations of Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2. Notable enemies seem to include thugs on top of roofs and lizard-cops!
Gameloft also are handling The Dark Knight Rises OS/Android game coming out later this summer.
