Cards Against Humanity is a smash hit, but not everybody has their own copy of the card deck. A browser-based version is solving that issue, allowing anyone with a phone, tablet, or computer to play against friends in the same room.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Release Date Delayed
As Gizmodo points out, Cards Against Humanity was launched under a Creative Commons license that allows its concept to be used by others without the official deck. This allows the existence of Cards Against Originality, an alternative to buying the real game to play with friends.
There are online versions of the game, but that's not what Cards Against Originality aims to be. This is a digital version of the game for local play--you have to still physically be together. To play you select new game, and it will provide you with a link to share with your friends. They put that link into their device of choice to join, and play can begin.
Age Of Wonders 3 Expansion 'Eternal Lords' Announced
An online version avoids downloading apps and playing across mobile platforms--this is about as straightforward as it gets. Take the black card when it's your turn, and wait as your friends' white cards appear on your screen as they're played. Drag your favorite card to the space provided when you've made your choice, and the round is over. Have fun!
