11 bit studios have added a new bit of DLC to their wonderful, devastating title This War Of Mine.
Midnight Star Strategy Guide: Tips For Taking On The Dust
The new content comes as part of the recent War Child charity drive. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the DLC purchases will head to the foundation, a London-based non-profit that aids children displaced in war-torn countries.
"The War Child Charity DLC contains unique street art pieces made by artists from all over the world including: M-City, Gabriel "Specter" Reese, SeaCreative, Emir Cerimovic, Fauxreel and Mateusz WaluÅ. You'll be able to find all of them in different places within This War of Mine, building a unique in-game gallery. This War Of Mine (review) is not always an enjoyable game - it is designed specifically for the hard choices and will leave you with a new sense of appreciation for the things you have. But this DLC will help, in its own small way, to transform that feeling of helplessness into something positive.
We can turn off the game when it starts getting too rough. But there are millions of people around the world who can't, who live with this every single day. To them, This War Of Mine is This Life Of Mine.
