Like the Havoc DLC pack before it, Call of Duty: Advance Warfare players on Xbox One now have special early access to the Ascendance bonus weapons.
Dragon Age Inquisition Patch 5 Adds Party Storage And Gameplay Fixes
Microsoft has a deal with Activision for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare content on its systems, which includes early access to the weapons from DLC packs and limited-time exclusivity on the releases for Season Pass owners. Weapons from the next pack, Ascendance, can now be used by Xbox One and Xbox 360 players.
This time around, those are the OHM directed energy hybrid weapon and its OHM-Werewolf custom variant. The gun can change between an LMG and Shotgun on the fly, making it useful in a variety of situations. The trailer below is solely about the early DLC weapon access, but shows off a lot of the OHM weapon in action. It seems pretty powerful, and the variant does indeed look cool.
HBO GO PS4 App Finally Arrives Today
Again, the early weapon access requires the Season Pass--it's not given to every Xbox player. The Season Pass costs $49.99, and will give you the already-released Havoc as well as Ascendance and the following two DLC packs. Havoc includes Exo Zombie mode and four multiplayer map, but each map can be purchased individually for $14.99 each. Buying the pass saves you $10 if you were to buy each map separately.
