Apparently, You Can Go Home Again In Life Is Strange, Launching Today

February 3:

Battlefield Hardline [BETA] (PC / Xbox One / Xbox 360 / PS4 / PS3) - the much anticipated, and delayed, open multiplayer beta arrives at last. The modern, frenetic update to cops and robbers may be a little...poorly timed, a Battlefield game is always worth noting.

Game Of Thrones: A Telltale Game Series - Episode 2: The Lost Lords (PC / Xbox One / Xbox 360 / PS4 / PS3 / ios / Android; week of February 3-5) - the second chapter of Telltale's narrative game series should help ease the wait until the fifth season of the HBO show arrives. The game picks up immediately after the finale to the first one, and will no doubt continue the series' time honored tradition of making you regret every decision you've ever made.

February 5:

Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse (Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC) - the over the top fighting series, based on the beloved anime, finally gets its next gen debut. Check out our hands-on with the demo at NYCC, which impressed with its graphics and gameplay.

Hyrule Warriors Majora's Mask DLC (Wii U) - the latest content pack for Hyrule Warriors brings two new characters, a brand new adventure mode and three new costumes for various characters in the Wii U's million selling hack 'n' slash hit.

February 10:

Evolve (PC / Xbox One / PS4) - here's the big one. We can bemoan its overreliance on pre-sale, pre-order and pre-purchasing, but we can't ever quite shake the fact that the new asymmetrical multiplayer title is hitting all the right buttons. Let's hope this AAA title doesn't suffer the launch day fate of previous games from last November.

February 13:

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse (Wii U) - everyone's favorite...ball-shaped creature returns in a new, adorably charming adventure. Utilizing the Wii U Gamepad, players guide Kirby along rainbow colored tracks of rope, manipulating obstacles in the way. For those who want a little sunshine in during these gray days.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D (3DS) - coming out the same day as the New Nintendo 3DS, the 2000 classic has gotten an overhaul with updated graphics and gameplay elements. One of the most misunderstood titles in the series, Zelda fans young and old will love their time spent in Termina. All three days of it.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (3DS) - the already best selling title finally makes its way over to America, and with the New Nintendo 3DS's fancy second control stick, this updated version may just set the gold standard for the series.

February 17:

Dead Or Alive 5: Last Round (Xbox One / Xbox 360 / PS4 / PS3) - the latest version of the beloved fighting series boasts over 30 fan favorite and new characters, short mini-skirts and bikinis that fans have grown to associate with the DOA franchise. Steam version to arrive later in March.

Total War: Attila (PC) - the latest expansion into the time-honored strategy title takes the Total War: Rome engine and transports you to the 5th century as you command the legendary Hun army in your march west towards Europe. A must have for strategy enthusiasts and historians alike.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 - Episode 1 (PS4 / PS3) - with XBL and Steam versions on February 18; the first chapter in the tenth chapter (!) of the beloved game series. The game features enduring (unkillable) character Claire Redfield and series fave Barry Burton in two separate storylines that have them each, with the aid of other characters, trying to survive.. Will give fans the next gen shot in the arm that Resident Evil Remastered could not muster. The first of four weekly episodes.

February 20:

The Order 1886 (PS4) - the PlayStation exclusive first person shooter reimagines the Victorian era as a quasi-futuristic steampunk gothic world where monsters of legend mingle beside weapons of tomorrow. The excitement has died down, but any game with Nikola Tesla in it must be looked at.

February 25:

Resident Evil Revelations 2 - Episode 2 (PS4 / PS3) - with XBL and Steam versions hitting the next day. The horror continues!

Ladies and gentlemen, your February! Plan accordingly.
