Orphan Black will be seeing some major shake ups in the coming season. With the events of the last season still left unresolved and adding new characters, the sisters will certainly have their hands full. Now they will have to worry about a new head of Dyad.
Rachel Has Fallen From Grace On Orphan Black, She's Down But Not Out
Delphine will be taking over Rachel's position, reports Entertainment Weekly. "Delphine's job responsibilities have changed mainly because there is a position that has been vacated, because of the fall of Rachel," said John Fawcett execute producer. "Someone has had to step into Rachel's chair, which may interfere-in a large degree-in her relationship with Cosima."
This could be a double-edged sword for the girls. Originally she entered the picture to monitor Cosima, but they become close and the woman fell for her.
Orphan Black Is Getting Some New Bad News Boys But They May Be Able To Help The Sisters
Or did she? In the world of Orphan Black nothing is quite what it seems.
It is very possible that her affections for Cosima were in fact a front to help her get closer. There are plots within plots here. Her new position at Dyad could lead the girls into a false sense of trust which may pull them into their downfall.
On the other hand, her feelings could be genuine and the new position could allow her to help the girls more with the coming threat of the Castor boys. Sarah and the rest will have to tread lightly in the coming season.
Orphan Black returns April 18 to BBC America.
