Sledgehammer Games has released another trailer for its Havoc DLC, specifically showing off the much-anticipated Exo Zombies mode.
Released Date Announced For Gorgeous Indie Title Ori And The Blind Forest
The trailer provides the background to Exo Zombies, setting up the narrative that gives context to the mode. An Atlas bomb has created new monsters, and they're wearing the advanced Exo suits that give the game's soldiers their superhuman abilities.
The DLC is surprisingly star-studded, as we learned in the past. There are four main characters voiced by pretty big name actors: maintenance man Oz (John Malkovich!), the IT specialist Lillith (Rose McGowan), security guard Decker (John Bernthal), and the executive Mr. Kahn (Bill Paxton). Kevin Spacey (who starred in the main game) provides the voice over for the trailer, with the only other speaking line suitably delivered by Malkovich.
Classic Star Wars Games Available On GOG, Including Battlefront 2 And Galactic Battlegrounds
The video shows some the environments the missions will unfold in, with plenty of tight corridors on display. The exo zombies look quick and powerful--it seems on the whole more difficult than past games' zombie modes, but it's hard to say without playing. There are also some undead dogs, and the Exo Zombie exclusive energy weapon.
The last video for Havoc focused more on the multiplayer maps that will be added--you can check that video out here. The Havoc DLC will be available exclusively on Xbox Live January 27.
