The new trailer outlines, with aching orchestral accompaniment, the final class of ship available to players: the Aircraft Carrier. Fighter planes and bombers soar high above the sapphire seas as imperial ships trade fire as if tossing tiny waterballoons. The sun seems affixed at magic hours, as if Michael Bay himself is orchestrating the violence in 4/4 time.
The capitol ships will provide a sort of home base in the game and give the Cruisers, Destroyers and Battleships a huge target to attack. But the carriers come equipped with a veritable powerhouse of weaponry and their ability to strike from a distance - even behind islands and other obstacles - will prove invaluable to the either team. Only the most experienced of team leaders should take command of the aircraft carriers. All the better to observe and redirect the action with.
