The male clones in the coming season of Orphan Black appear to be a much more organized front than the sisters were in previous seasons. This could mean they will be a lot more dangerous for the girls than previously thought.

We've already touched on the idea that new clone Rudy will be an enemy but that doesn't mean that all the male clones would be a problem.
As it turns out, yeah, actually they may be. Unlike the girls, the boys from Project Castor are not a fragmented group completely unaware of each other. Instead they are a unit all with the same goal.

"And now it's Castor, and that is the deepening of our conspiracy. It's really a true war between Castor and Leda," creator John Fawcett told IGN.
This means that the enemy is much more organized. Not just Rudy but whoever is providing him with intel while he's hunting the girls.
There is an idea from International Business Times that Rudy may in fact turn out to be an asset as his connections to the military may help the girls get Helena back from her captivity revealed at the end of last season. This seems highly unlikely however as Rudy has been at every turn identified as a psychopath.
That doesn't mean there won't be another weak link in the Castor Camp though. After all, Mark turned, there's a chance that another male clone may do so as well.
Orphan Black returns to BBC America on April 18.
