Funcom announces dates for Beta Weekend and Delayed Launch of “The Secret World”

"The Secret World," is an upcoming MMORPG for PC. Funcom recently announced that the company made a minor adjustment to the release date for this upcoming game.

"The Secret World" was originally supposed to be released on June 19, 2012, however, due to market reasons, the date of shipment has been moved by two weeks, according to The Secret World website. Despite this delayed launch, Funcom was pleased to reveal the dates for the remaining Beta Weekends.

Beginning on June 15 until June 17, will be the third Beta Weekend titled, "Hell Raised." Illumanati and Dragon starter experiences, as well as the Templar experience are what players will get themselves into on this weekend. Not only that, but battling demons of hell as well!

Beginning on June 22 up until June 24, will be the fourth and final Beta Weekend. According to the website, "This event will focus on the player vs. player experience in The Secret World, and players will get to sample both the Eldorado battlefield experience as well as the massive warzone gameplay where over a hundred players clash together in persistent battle."
