No matter what the sport is or if you are even a fan of the sport, a good announcer goes a long way to making a replay really interesting. Whether it’s football, baseball or even cricket, what someone is saying can determine whether or not you’ll listen.
Clash Of Clans Offering Up One Gem Boost On Select Buildings For Limited Time
Galadon is one such announcer. You may not have heard of him (though this site could be GaladonNGuide if we’re being honest), but he runs a Youtube channel named Clash of Clans Attacks where he goes over strategy, replays and news for all things Clash of Clans. The man has an excellent announcer persona and a pleasing voice, one that makes even a seven minute long wrap-up particularly engaging.
The latest video is like watching Jim Nantz breakdown the last play. The focus is a recent clan war between Galadon’s new clan (Gala-Gan) and Elite Crashing. Listen in. He doesn’t high pitch his voice or ramble too much, he’s focused, determined and yet somehow, also light and conversational. He carries himself with the demeanor of an old pro, a coach breaking down the basics to a freshman player.

It’s fun to watch Clash of Clans replays, even if you’re not entirely sure what’s happening. For instance, I will still never know if that Inferno Tower is multi or single targeting. I’ll just roll the dice. The whole war is comprised of things to do and things not to do; such as in the second attack, if you find yourself at 46% with an entire side still ready to be picked off, be sure to attack that side. Though Galadon does appreciate the gusto in trying to go for two stars.
However, it’s the third attack at roughly the 4:30 mark that’s great to watch. Think you can’t control the units in Clash of Clans? Think again. It’s a beautiful look at some of the precision control you can manage with your attacking army. In it, the attacking player lures out the defender’s Clan Castle troops and slowly, methodically, draws all of them into a single bunch and then utterly annihilates them with a Lightning Spell.
The rest isn’t as neat nor as successful, but there is always something to learn and be entertained by. Just make sure you let Galadon do all the talking.
