Peggy Carter is not to be toyed with. If nothing else, that's the message you can take away from OPERATION S.I.N #1. The tough as nails secret agent teams up with Howard Stark to do battle against the insidious Hydra in this new comic miniseries.
Fans Cries Heard, Possible Deadpool Movie in the Works
Peggy Carter is known to most these days by her appearances in the Captain America films. She is also getting her own spinoff miniseries on the small screen, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D: Agent Carter this winter. The secret-secret agent leads a double life a secretary and undercover agent with Howard Stark. Keeping America (and the world!) safe and all of that.
The comic follows Carter after an alien energy source is discovered on Russian ground. This is a problem because it's the 1950s and we're in the middle of the Cold War. Carter and Stark embark on a mission to make sure that the find doesn't fall into the wrong hands.

Enter Hydra, who we all know is a shadow agency working in the background of everything to bring down all that's good in the world but back in Carter's day they were just a terrorist upstart, looking to make their mark. Also joining the team to stop this new threat is Woodrow McCord, a new face.
OPERATION S.I.N.# 1 releases in January. The book will be written by Kathryn Immonen with art done by Rich Ellis. The cover art was done by Michael Komark and there will be two variant covers as well.
