Last Thursday saw the unofficial end to the AAA title madness that plagued us during October and November, but somebody didn’t tell Nintendo, because they still have quite a few tricks up their sleeves. Little Big Planet 3 Joins Growing List Of Games That Needed More Testing
The big release from the House That Mario Built is Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. The colorful adventure game has Toad and Toadette journeying through 70 levels of joy. The kind of joy that only Nintendo can provide. The multi-layered game will players having to think their way up to the next heights, as both Toad and Toadette cannot jump on account of their tiny little legs. But hey, that treasure isn’t going to track itself now is it?
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is out tomorrow, December 5 for the Wii U both in stores and via the eShop. It will retail for $39.99.
Limbo And Threes Arrive On Xbox One This Week!
The week’s big North American Virtual Console title is Fire Emblem, which was released back in 2003 for the Game Boy Advance. The GBA version is actually the seventh installlment but was the first of the series (which debuted in 1990) to be released in North America, largely in part to the popularity of Marth and Roy in Super Smash Bros Melee. “Become a master tactician, and douse the embers of war before they burn the world to ash!” $7.99 for the Wii U Virtual Console.
Also out on Virtual Console for the Wii U is Lode Runner! The classic run and grab platformer from the 1980s is back with 50 challenging stages, plus the ability to edit your own levels to keep the party going all year long. $4.99 for the Wii U.
Additionally, 3DS players can nab the Ultimate NES Remix which throws in all of your beloved characters - Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, Kirby and more - in a giant mash up of puzzles and games from the 8 system. 16 characters bring the pain from both the original NES Remix and NES Remix 2. Now for the 3DS. Priced at $29.99, available on December 5.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, a newly remastered and optimized version of the courtroom classic, is out for Nintendo 3DS on December 9 via the Virtual Console. Join rookie lawyer Phoenix Wright through the early years of his career in his quest to find the truth behind all of the classic cases! $29.99 next week.
Just in time for the holidays, Christmas Wonderland 4, the new annual tradition is out today for the Nintendo 3DS. The party game is perfect for the family and filled with all sorts of puzzles, mini-games and hidden treasures that anyone in the holiday spirit could smile at. $9.99 for the 3DS.
Disney Violetta: Rhythm and Music, a new title out now for Nintendo 3DS, lets you show off your rhythmic and musical abilities as you score points while watching your favorite music videos from the hit TV series. $29.99 on the eShop.
Players can also pick up Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titans for $14.99, a 505 reduction in price. How else are you going to know what's happening in Etrian Odyssey V if you don't play this one? ATLUS also has Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hacker on sale for $14.99.
