Rockstar Games is investigating an issue preventing players from transferring Grand Theft Auto V profiles from PS3 and Xbox 360 to the new PS4 and Xbox One versions.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection Matchmaking Patch Delayed
According to the Rockstar Support site, the issue is occurring for players who did not log in to their account during 2013. Those who didn't use the service during 2014 are getting a "no previous Grand theft Auto Online data is associated with your Social Club account" error, which Rockstar says it's looking into.

The new versions of Grand Theft Auto V are supposed to allow easy migration from last generation systems, bridging the gap without sacrificing progress. The PS4 and Xbox One editions offer upgraded visuals, as well as the debut of a first-person mode. The PC version is set to launch in January.
