007 Legends Video Game: Play as New and Classic James Bond

To celebrate James Bond's 50th anniversary, a new video game, "007 Legends," brings together six Bond movies inclduing the latest upoming film "Skyfall."

Gamers can relieve the iconic and memorable missions from past Bond films with an overarching storyline.  Game publisher Activision plans to offer a new Bond gaming experience in honor of the legendary undercover secret agent. 

"To honor 50 years of the world's top secret agent, 007 Legends offers a collection of his most famed moments in the smartest and most treacherous Bond game yet," said Activision's David Oxford.

"Creating a video game storyline that ties together six popular, yet very different, Bond movie narratives can be challenging, but together with EON Productions, our developer Eurocom, has pulled it off to create a homage that we think will be a unique and highly entertaining Bond video game."

In 007 Legends, the undercover agent travel to exotic locations based on past Bond films.  Bond will utilize an arsenal of gadgets, weapons, and vehicles to accomplish secret missions, track down notorious villains, and socialize with beautiful Bond women.

The new game offers the single player campaign along with an Mi6 Ops Missions special mode.  Mi6 Ops Mission was featured in GoldenEye 007: Reloaded and allow gamers to play extra missions using stealth, gadgets, and shooting.

007 Legends also comes with a multiplayer mode where four players can shoot it out locally or online in split screen.

The game will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and is scheduled to be release in the fall this year.
