Blizzard is celebrating the tenth anniversary of World of Warcraft this month and to mark the occasion, the company is releasing a new movie that charts the formation and continued success of WoW.

We'd call it over-blown and self-indulgent, but a) this is Blizzard and b) what other game from 2004 are you still playing? The company is well within their rights to pat themselves on the shoulder.
The movie is titled World of Warcraft: Looking For Group. Attendees to Blizzcon this weekend will get a chance to view the film this Saturday at 5 PM PST. Don't worry if you can't make it to Anaheim, the documentary will be streaming on the official Warcraft site.

The documentary is produced by Asylum Entertainment, who have quite the prolific resume when it comes to film and television. They did the fantastic King's Ransom for ESPN's 30 For 30 series.

You have a cousin who plays it, or a co-worker or friend or loved one, or perhaps you're like me and you played for many a year in the past. I've often sat in front of the screen, mowing through adversaries and raid content and wondering, 'how in god's name does this all come together?'
