Curve Digital has announced that indie title Thomas Was Alone will be making its way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U in November.

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare Coming To Xbox 360 And PS3

As a bonus, a highly entertaining and not-so-serious documentary about the making of the next gen port has been released. Curve has no problems poking fun at the industry and itself, and Thomas Was Alone creator Mike Bithell joins in the fun. We won't spoil the jokes--you can watch the video for yourself below.

The 2D platform-puzzler originally released on Steam in 2012 before eventually launching on iPad, PS3 and PS Vita. The gameplay is combined with a minimalistic art style and charming narration, which resulted in more than 1 million copies sold. Curve Studios created the PS3 and Vita titles, and will be developing all three new versions of the game.

"Thomas Was Alone came to PlayStation right at the start of their campaign to make console development more appealing to smaller developers. Since then, indie games have become a much larger part of the landscape for all major platform holders. It's exciting to be working with Mike again and to be able to bring the title to even more gamers while offering a free copy for original PlayStation fans."
