Gamers will be pleasantly surprised to hear that Binary Domain will be soon available on the PC in April.
Sega announced that the third person shooting game will make its way beyond the consoles due to high demand. Gary Knight, Senior VP of Marketing at Sega, made the announcement:
"As well as the excitement generated by Binary Domain in the console press we were seeing increasing numbers of players asking for a PC version. So we listened and we delivered."
Binary Domain was released for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in February. At that time, no official announcement was made about a PC version, until today. The PC version came as a surprise and can be purchased in retail or digital formats for $39.99.
Fans can pickup some extra content by ordering Binary Domain through Steam. Buy it before April 6th and gamers can get an exclusive mulitplayer map, new weapons, and a ninja suit. Players can expect game features such as a consequence system, weapon customizations, skill development, branching plot line, voice recognition, and a cooperative multiplayer mode.
Binary Domain takes place in the future, year 2080, where humans battle for their lives against the robots that they've created. The setting is grim as robot armies takeover the run down slums of future Tokyo.
