Starting next month, Android players can test themselves against the twisted horrors of Hellraid: The Escape. Shortbreak Studios is bringing the rated 'R' puzzle title to all compatible Android devices.
Hellraid: The Escape iOS Review
The Android version will launch next week on October 2. While we here at GameNGuide were a little frustrated with the game, we certainly cannot deny how pretty it looked. The game runs off the Unreal Engine 3, which is basically like bringing mid-range PC graphics to the touch of your hand. Basically, it is a slightly more twisted version of The Room, demons and hellbeasts and lots and lots of death.
Per the release, Hellraid: The Escape is set in the dark fantasy universe of Techland's action title Hellraid for PC and consoles, which will be released in 2015. With no memory of their previous life, players wake up in a magic prison. The only weapon they can use to break out is their wits. Notes from a mysterious inmate provide valuable hints how to escape the gloomy dungeon and its murderous guards. As every riddle in the game is unique, players will not only require solid puzzle-solving skills, but also challenge their reflexes and quick thinking.
Let's See How Waterproof The iPhone 6 Is!
There are currently eight chambers available for play, but more will be released at a later date.
If you stumbled upon this and own an iOS device, you should head here and pick up Hellraid. Android users can head over to Google Play on October 2 and purchase Hellraid: The Escape for $2.99.
