Hideo Kojima is having a good Tokyo Game Show! With Silent Hills scaring the crap out of everyone, you'd be forgiven to have turned into a dead husk of a person unable to enjoy the impressiveness that is the Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain trailer and gameplay vid.

In the trailer, Quiet shows off her shadow powers as she baffles a black ops merc squad. She does not appear to want to harm them, however, and Snake steps in on her behalf.
Meanwhile, in the gameplay video, we see some hilarious instances of Metal Gear silliness when Snake throws a mine that distracts baddies with inflatable versions of himself that actually succeed in confusing them. Go ahead and re-read that sentence.

Quiet, on the other hand, showcases her slightly less ridiculous Nightcrawler style BAMFing skills to teleport to a safe vantage point to be able to snipe some baddies. Snake, ever the consummate professional, doesn't leave her with much to do.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released in 2015 to PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
