Nintendo has very sneakily added a brand new Hyrule Warriors video to the Nintendo 3DS via the most recent update.

The new trailer, which runs 46 seconds, showcases the Cucco, the easily irritated bird from the Legend of Zelda games. You can find the video in the Newest Videos section on the 3DS. The video is mocked up like a regular character video, with the Cucco picture emblazoned in the lower corner. It's a bit of goofy fun and come on, it's a Zelda game after all, it would feel empty without them.
Like in past titles, the Cuccos are indestructible. Also like in past titles, if you piss them off, they will swarm around you and peck you to death. However, in Hyrule Warriors, you can use that to you advantage! You can lure the Cuccos towards enemies or even draw the enemies in close to the massive herd of the feathered friends and have them accidentally hit one, thereby causing the rest to descend upon them like adorable, strangely large, locusts.
Original Dragon Quest Out Now For Mobile Devices
The Cuccos were outlined in the previous Nintendo Direct videos. This is the first piece of gameplay footage that has been specifically dedicated to them. We're still waiting for Nintendo to put up the video proper onto streaming sites, but we'll have it. And then you, too, can smile and giggle.
Hyrule Warriors has been doing well overseas since its launch in Japan last month. Europe is getting the game next Friday and us lowly Americans won't see it until September 26. Thankfully, we here at GameNGuide live in New York City and since we're special like that, we get some exclusive swag!
