Meta Knight Unveiled As Playable Character In Upcoming Super Smash Bros
Several new characters and other details were revealed at E3 as expected, and we got to see the game in action in a live tournament. Even after these major announcements, though, series director Masahiro Sakurai continues to give us comparatively smaller details through the official site in the form of a daily picture update.
Today's post outlines the game's All-Star Mode, which allows you to challenge every character in the game consecutively to see how far you can get.
Shulk From Xenoblade Revealed As Playable Character
The mode has appeared in past titles, and Sakurai further explains how it will work in the upcoming versions:
"This time, you can challenge every fighter in All-Star Mode from the moment you turn on the game!! This is a survival battle with limited recovery items and no option to continue. However, this mode will be incomplete until you've unlocked every fighter...Until then, you can only play against characters that are already available. This is a picture of the bottom-screen menu, with a padlock indicating that the mode is still incomplete."
Keep checking back for more Super Smash Bros. news each day, where we'll hopefully see new character reveals or a Wii U release date.
