Nintendo is bring plenty of its upcoming games to PAX Prime at the end of the month, but even if you couldn't get into the convention, Nintendo is making sure you can still see Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Hyrule Warriors in action in the Seattle area.
Super Smash Bros. For 3DS Trophy Gallery Details
The company annouced two social media-heavy events to help get the newest iterations of some of their biggest cash cow franchises out to the public, whether or not they have a PAX badge. The first is #SmashBash, where Nintendo will be setting up demos of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS around Seattle during the Friday and Saturday of PAX weekend. The public will be able to follow Nintendo's social media accounts to find out where these Smash Bashes are taking place to get their hands on the portable title before it hits American shelves in October.
After PAX closes on Saturday, the second day of the convention, Nintendo is hosting an event for the Hyrule Warriors Wii U game. From 7 to 10 p.m., the public can head to the Renaissance Seattle Hotel for an open demo of the Zelda spin-off on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans who cosplay as a character from the Zelda franchise will get line priority, and anyone who arrives wearing Zelda apparel can enter a drawing to win Hyrule Warriors concept art. All that's needed for entry is to take a picture in front of a specific background and tweet it using a certain hashtag.

There will also be a Pokémon game area where players can gather to trade, battle or maybe just collect StreetPasses. PAX Prime will take place August 29-September 1 in Seattle.
