Respawn Entertainment has revealed that at Gamescom this week they will announce details for the final expansion to their hit Titanfall.

The news comes direct to us from the above image on the game's Twitter account, which lets people know that expansion details will hit during EA's Gamescom briefing on Wednesday. It will occur at 10:00 a.m. CET, which works out to 4:00 a.m. EST. So you might not want to stay up to hear the news but you'll definitely read it first thing in the morning on Wednesday.
This as-yet-unnammed expansion will be the third and final pack for the game. The first two DLC packs were called Expedition and Frontier's Edge, and each contained three brand new maps that were built specifically to add new challenges for gamers. Given that history it's a good assumption that the this last pack will include three new maps as well.
Each map pack has cost $10 individually, although there is a Season Pass you can purchase for $25 that will contain all three expansions and save you a few bucks. Respawn also continues to support the game will multiple updates in response to player feedback- the fourth update just recently hit and has been almost universally praised.
After this all fans will have to look forward to is Titanfall 2, which is set for release both on Xbox One and PS4, and will continue the series' commitment to telling a story over via a multiplayer experience.
