Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff Comic-Con Update: Here's How To Unlock Felicia Day And Bryan Cranston [SCREENS]

How To Unlock Felicia Day and Bryan Cranson In Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff

Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff has been running a special Comic-Con event ever since the week of the SDCC. Quahog has received its very own convention! Nerds are swarming the town, a bunch of goofy buildings and statutes have gone up, and geek celebrities are available for unlocking.

Family Guy's Adam West Runs For Mayor In Real Life. Seriously.

Patrick Stewart and Ron Perlman are already available, with seven celebrities in total coming to the game. Today Felicia Day was made available - here's how to unlock her!

First you're going to have to repair the flagpole she's currently hanging from. As with Ron Perlman she's somehow been cocooned up there and you'll have to spend a bit of cash (and eight hours) to free her.

Once she's out you're going to have to run some errands for her to unlock her for the game, as with all of the other characters. Her demands are pretty tricky. Here's what she needs and how to get it-

- 15 8-Sided Dice (Clearing Red Shirt Nerds, Make Peter Binge Drink, Sir Lancelot's Board Games, Felicia Day's Trailer)
- 15 80s Jams (Make Bonnie Go To Ladies' Night, "Q" Hotel, Dead Format Records)
- 10 Telescopes (Make Bruce Be a Good Listener, Clamterprise, Quahog Planetarium)
- 10,000 Blam! Energy

The last of each of those are premium buildings that you have to purchase using golden clams. They make things considerably easier, or faster, at least. Just be aware that they cost real money.

Those 10,000 Blam! Energy Drinks will take you forever to get as well, especially if you've been purchasing the various special buildings and decorations for the event. But the end result is worth it, especially for fans. As with the previous characters that's really her- she voiced lines specifically for the game, at one point remarking that she thought this was supposed to be a Fallout game.

As well as Ms. Day, Bryan Cranston is also available, but you won't have to jump through hoops to unlock him- you'll just have to part with 500 Golden Clams. Yes, the man who knocks is premium content, the first celebrity in this update to be so.

Consider that 600 Clams is $19.99 in the in-game store and you'll see that he's quite a pricy bit of DLC. Still, he does offer you the chance to throw pizza on buildings and cook.

It's a bit of a shame that with each new character they are selling premium buildings that offer new items that the character requires.... that never get any more use in the future. If you spend some real money on a building you would at least hope that it has more than one use, but each character seems to have a whole new list of unique items they require.

How are you liking the Comic-Con update so far? Have you unlocked all of the characters yet? Let us know in the comments below.
