The latest voice actors to join the upcoming video game 'Syndicate' will be actress Rosario Dawson, actor Brian Cox, and Michael Wincott. EA and Starbreeze sent out a press release confirming the voice actors and their characters. The new actors will be playing characters Lily Drawl, voiced by Dawson, Jack Denham, voiced by Cox, and Jules Merit, voiced by Wincott. The characters are immersed in a futuristic world of corporate conspiracy surrounded by high tech prototype agents.
Rosario Dawson who starred in films such as Sin City, Eagle Eye, and Men in Black 2, should be no stranger to gun blazing action and danger. The same can be said with Brian Cox, who starred in action films such as Troy, The Bourne Identity, and X-Men 2. Cox has had extensive experience voicing video game characters, mostly villains, such as PlayStation 3's Killzone franchise. He will be contributing his talent as a "ruthless power behind the boardroom throne." Lastly, actor Michael Wincott will voice the character Jules Merit. Wincott portrayed the character Top Dollar in the film The Crow.
Mikael Nermark, CEO of Starbreeze Studios, gave descriptions of the game and characters in the recent press release.
"These agents are the weapons of this war for market dominance and we needed strong talent to represent these intense characters. We are honored to have worked with the incredible Rosario Dawson, Brian Cox and Michael Wincott to make this world come alive," said Nermark.
Nermark announced that Syndicate will be made available on February 21, 2012 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
