Wargaming has announced better integration for its WG Stream, the latest feature to World of Tanks and World of Warplanes. Players can now stream their live battles directly to their own twitch channel with but the click of a single mouse button.
Wargaming Is Bringing A Lot To Gamescom This Year
"We are excited and proud to deliver WG Stream, a new tool that enables Twitch integration with World of Tanks and World of Warplanes," said Mike Turner, VP of Business Development at Wargaming. "The ability to stream the explosive action of both titles to the legions of Twitch viewers is important to Wargaming. WG Stream gives our pilots and tankers the ability to broadcast their biggest victories to millions of viewers worldwide."
The WG Stream is easy and accessible for both hardened warriors and newcomers looking to dip their toes into artillery combat. Just be careful, the internet is a harsh place that punishes failure and incompetence like nothing else in the world. Add in anonymity, and you have yourself the makings of some truly epic personal battles.
Tanki Online Rumbles Into Gamescom
Since the launch of WG Stream last week on the official page, the total number of broadcasts on World of Tanks and World of Warplanes channels on Twitch has doubled, while the number of spectators watching those has increased by 18%.
One would assume that the WG Stream mod will be in place when World of Warships, Wargaming's latest venture which puts players on the high seas, launches soon.
You can start playing World of Tanks or World of Warplanes right here and here, for free. And be sure to get yourself a Twitch channel so you can off your skills, or lack thereof, to the rest of the world with the new WG Stream mod.
