The ArcheAge beta will run from 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 17 through 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 21 (both times PDT). Sign up at their official site right here. No non-disclosure agreements will be necessary, so publisher Trion Worlds and dev XL Games hopes you take plenty of screenshots and vids to share with your friends.
If you can't wait for beta, you can buy a Founder's Pack here and get immediate alpha and ensured beta access, as well a bunch of other goodies. I guess they're really aiming for well-off customers here, because a Founder's Pack costs about as much as three copies of Guild Wars 2.
