This is the Winter Palace, a Orleasian structure inhabited by nobles in Halamshiral. While the rest of the country is going to hell they still have plenty of money. Orlais has been featured in much Dragon Age lore but this is the first time you'll get to explore it. Buckingham Palace was use as inspirated, and it features incredible artwork in the ceiling as well. Expect this to be a land of political fighting, where the series' much-heralded dialogue will come into play..

It does seem like a place where one could find all sorts of expensive trinkits to steal, though, so it certainly will be tempting. Especially if you consider the wealth disparity between how these people live and those that are dealing with a war are living.
