Players can access a variety of endings in "Dragon Age: The Veilguard" that can be experienced by meeting different criteria and requirements.
What players should know is that there is a secret ending in the game that can sometimes be difficult to see if you don't know exactly what to do. This guide offers a general overview of everything that you need to do in order to unlock this part of "Dragon Age: The Veilguard."
How To Unlock the Secret Ending
There are multiple endings you can experience in the game, and which one you see depends on what you do throughout your playthrough. The secret ending, in particular, requires the completion of a side quest and some other errands.
There are two primary requirements that you need to complete for the secret ending: complete the "Regrets of the Dread Wolf" side quest and collect three Mysterious Circles. The objective for the first is finding all six Wolf Statuettes in the Veilguard, according to Screen Rant.
This particular side quest will also provide you with details on a lot of lore about Solas and his hidden secrets. To start it, you also need to complete "The Wolf's Call" side quest.
After you find all of the Wolf Statuettes, you need to bring them to the Lighthouse and place them on the pedestals located in the library. Doing this will give you the Essence of Mythal, which is needed for the secret ending as well as the best ending.
How To Get the Mysterious Circles
To get the first mysterious circle, you have to solve the laser puzzle in the Waterfront Glades area of Arlathan Forest. This will create a bridge that will let you get across to a small island. You then need to defeat the Guardian of Secrets to get the Arlathan Forest mysterious circle.

The second is the Pinnacle of its Kind mysterious circle that can be picked up at the end of the "Pinnacle of its Kind" side quest after defeating the final boss in the Necropolis Halls, Eurogamer said.
The last mysterious circle is arguably the most difficult part of getting the secret ending in "Dragon Age: The Veilguard." You need to complete "The Heart of Corruption" side quest, which pits you with one of the toughest bosses in the game, the Revenant Dragon.
After you beat this foe, you need to go up the stairs, which will lead you to a chest with a unique item inside. Then, climb up the other small stairs behind the chest to get to the last mysterious circle.
Other Things To Know
While this article lists the requirements for the secret ending in "Dragon Age: The Veilguard,' doing them also gives you a chance to see the good ending. This is because after you get the Essence of Mythal, you can try to convince Solas to stop.
After making your final choice, you will get an option for more dialogue beyond just the bad and neutral endings. You can select "More" and "You don't have to do this." that will consume the Essence of Mythal and stop Solas once and for all, according to Polygon.
