The first-ever Seasonal World that will come to the game features a PvP theme where the feature will always be turned on. It also adds some special loot that will drop when players are killed by other people.
This Seasonal World also adds a variety of unique items that players can farm to make their characters even stronger. This world will be reset and will no longer be accessible when the game gets its Season 8 update, according to PCGamesN.
But players' progression will still carry over to the new Seasonal World and will not reset alongside in-game content. Amazon Games also shared its plans for a "preview weekend" for a brand new Outpost Rush map that players can try out in Season 7.

There are also Mutated Expeditions upgrades and a ton of new trials to overcome. It will also bring many balance changes, seasonal events, and many more that players can look forward to in the near future.

A Ton of New Content and Features
The company teases a lot of different types of Seasonal Worlds after Season 7 and plans to have a revamped Invasion mode, new PvP modes, more maps, and many more. There will also be endgame improvements made such as expanded wars.
Another feature that is set to arrive in the game is the highly requested global storage and the Barbershop. Amazon Games also up-leveled zones, including Reekwater, and made updates to the reputation systems.
The company is also trying to attract new players to the game by announcing a new free trial that will be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox owners. It can be accessed on each platform's stores and will require an active subscription in order to play online.
The announcement said that this free trial will let players enjoy a seamless introduction to New World: Aeternum. This gives people a chance to dip their toes into the game and see if they like what they experience, according to MMORPG.
