League of Legends: Wild Rift is the mobile version of the highly popular MOBA. This particular version takes on a completely different perspective.

The two games share a lot of similarities but Wild Rift was designed for mobile devices for a more portable experience. A lot of the classic champions from League of Legends have been brought to the new version, including the mysterious vastaya known as Ahri.

This champion guide will help League of Legends: Wild Rift players understand Ahri's abilities, ultimate, and playstyle to dominate the battlefield. This character is a Mage who wields massive powers both in lore and actual gameplay.

You should know that Ahri's kit was designed to make her an extremely high-burst and high-damage champion. She also has some crowd control capabilities and to a certain extent, sustain.

Abilities

The first thing you should know about this champion is her passive, known as Essence Theft. Whenever Ahri hits a target using a spell, she will gain a stack of Essence Theft. Acquiring enough stacks will cause your next spell that hits an enemy to also heal Ahri, according to Pocket Gamer.

Ahri's first skill is known as Orb of Deception and will have her send out and pull back her orb. This will deal damage both on the way out and the way back. The latter will also deal true damage to enemies that are hit.

This champion's second skill is Fox-Fire which gives Ahri a brief burst of movement speed. It also releases three fox-fires that lock onto and attack nearby enemies. This skill is particularly useful if you are trying to chase down an enemy or escape from danger.

Your third skill is Charm and will have your champion throwing out a line attack that will charm an enemy. It will also deal damage and cause them to take 20% more damage from your other abilities for five seconds, The Gamer said.

Ultimate

Ahri's ultimate is known as Spirit Rush and causes the champion to dash in a target direction up to three times. This will deal damage to any enemy that is caught in the radius. The dash distance from this skill will increase as the ability's level increases.

Playstyle and Other Tips

When playing as Ahri in League of Legends: Wild Rift, players should find an opportunity to fire off a combo of abilities to severely damage or straight-up take down an enemy champion.

You can initiate the fight with Fox-Fire and go in to use Charm and Orb of Deception and your Ultimate to burst down a target.

When it comes to runes, you have several options to choose from that have their own benefits. The Electrocute keystone rewards Ahri if she can land her full combo by dealing more damage to an enemy.

For a more defensive playstyle, you can use Regeneration which complements the champion's passive. This also gives her a bit more sustain in her lane by allowing her to regenerate 2% of her missing health or mana every three seconds, according to AFK Gaming.
