Astro Bot just launched on the PlayStation 5 and is a reminder of how beautiful a world the modern generation console can create.

Players should take note of some things before they jump into this visually beautiful game. Use these tips and tricks to comfortably journey through the game's early stages. Astro Bot is an adventure that gives about 10 to 15 hours of tough challenges for players to tackle.

The game gives a strong focus on collectibles and simple combat encounters that players can enjoy without sweating too much. This article lists some tips and tricks that you should know to make the most of your Astro Bot journey.

Use the Spinning Attack

Astro Bot gives players a variety of ways to take out enemies, including beams that you release from your feet when you jump. You can also simply punch your foes or use a spinning attack.

The latter is recommended because it is a very strong attack that can take down enemies relatively quickly. It also lasts for quite a bit of time so you can mow down a group of foes, according to DigitalTrends.

Gather Collectibles

Astro Bot has two main collectibles; bots and puzzle pieces. While these seem like they are completely optional, which is true, they are a crucial part of your progression. One example is you need a certain number of bots to access some parts of the game's hub.

Additionally, the boss for each galaxy will require you to have a certain number of bots unlocked to access. On the other hand, puzzle pieces will let you unlock new places in the game's hub that let you do things like buy gacha capsules or change Astro's costume.

How To Transfer Progress From Astro's Playroom

Those who played Astro's Playroom will be happy to know that they can transfer their progress from that game into Astro Bot on the PlayStation 5 by keeping their save file. Particularly, you can bring the four Special Bots in Astro's Playroom into the new game, said PushSquare.

Team Asobi head Nicolas Doucet explained that players should rescue the Special Bots in Astro's Playroom. You can then take these bots to Astro Bot on the PlayStation 5 and add them to your starting crew.

The latest game is considered the best argument for players to get the PlayStation 5's DualSense controller.

Astro Bot takes advantage of the controller's capabilities and technical prowess to bring an immersive experience to players. These features include adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, according to Polygon.
