The hype from the event is making players from across the world hungry for more fighting games, which is the perfect time for Valve to get on with a massive sale. A lot of the titles included in the Steam Fighting Games Fest are at their lowest recorded prices.

However, there are also many of the games that have already gotten some sort of a sale in the last Steam Summer sale. Out of the eight fighting games that will be at Evo 2024, only Street Fighter 6 and 3rd Strike are not on sale on Steam, according to PCGamer.

Fans of the genre can also keep their eyes on the lookout for the other titles included in the sale, such as Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Guilty Gear Strive, The King of Fighters XV, Mortal Kombat 1, Tekken 8, Under Night In-Birth 2 Sys:Celes, and more.

The discounted prices go up to as high as 90%, and for The King of Fighters XV, 70%, which was originally $59.99 but is now only $17.99. Another thing that would be good to pick up is Tekken 8, which is discounted by 43% from $69.99 to $39.89. It is the sole surviving 3D fighting game.

On the other hand, Guilty Gear Strive, which is half off from $39.99 to $19.99, is a 2D anime fighter that features impressive graphics and has a thriving community. It is also one of the more popular competitors vying for popularity against the Tekken and Street Fighter franchises.

Mortal Kombat 1, which recently showed off gameplay footage of its upcoming DLC character Takeda, is on sale for only $27.99 from its original price of $69.99.

The King of Fighters XV and Samurai Shodown are two titles in the Steam Fighting Games Fest that were not part of the previous Summer Games Sale, said EventHubs.

Massive Discounts

On the other hand, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising being part of the Steam Fighting Games Fest marks its first sale of note on PC. it is currently on sale for 40% bringing its original price of $49.99 to only $29.99.

The fighting games that got the lowest 90% discount include Soul Calibur 6 and Mortal Kombat 11. Valve said that the Steam Fighting Games Fest is a "celebration of fighting games; the kind where players do the fighting."

Steam also noted that the latest sale will be live until July 22, 2024, which gives players a few more days to get the fighting games they want for much cheaper than normal.

Other games that are included are Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, For Honor, Street of Rage 4, and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, according to NeoWin.
