Sega has unveiled a fresh update for Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble, following its debut on the Switch in June. The game has now been upgraded to Version 1.10, introducing several enhancements to enrich the gaming experience.

Enhancements and Additions
The latest update, detailed via the official Monkey Ball social media channels, brings a host of improvements. Notable additions include a new race stage titled Sky Highway, adjustments to Sonic's stats to better highlight his unique abilities, and enhancements to game stability.
Among the improvements are adjustments to the terrain in Adventure mode's Acrobatics stage and tweaks to race stages in Battle mode. Online Play has also been enhanced with improved player behavior monitoring and camera reset accuracy. Additionally, the update refines the visuals across various in-game screens and addresses minor bugs for smoother gameplay.
The announcement emphasized that players can now enjoy the game with optional motion controls, catering to those who prefer traditional gaming inputs without compromise.
Expanded Gameplay Features
Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble offers expansive multiplayer features, including four-player local co-op and intense 16-player online multiplayer reminiscent of Fall Guys-style competition. Players can engage in various modes such as Race Mode for speed challenges, Banana Hunt for collecting bananas, and Robot Smash for cooperative robot battles.
The game's Adventure mode boasts 200 new stages designed for up to four players in both local and online settings. With over 300 customization options for characters and their Monkey Balls, alongside a new Spin Dash technique, players can navigate through challenges in style, aiming to achieve the top spot.
