The story takes place in the not-so-distant future where corporations rule the world as they provide ways of increasing the physical and intellectual capabilities of regular people. However, this comes at a steep price.

People who wear cybernetic implants are doomed as their lifetime will come to an end in a matter of time. But luckily for them, they could still have hope of being saved. The biggest tech conglomerate just announced a promising solution for the horrible disease, according to Gematsu.

Leah joins the experimental treatment in order to find a cure for what has been killing augmented humans. If you can overcome the trials to unlock your full mind potential and eliminate the corruption that was born from the implants that are destroying your neurons, you can be saved.

Eden Genesis also features an intuitive level design that lets players enjoy precise movement controls. When you become more and more skilled and as Leah liberates more neuron links, the game allows you to get even faster completion times when you enter a trial.

In a game that focuses on such scale and platforming, responsive controls are a must-have in order to maximize movement and efficiency.

While anyone is capable of reaching the end of the game and completing the main story, Eden Genesis also offers some extra content for hardcore gamers. The majority of the trials are not mandatory and offer a level of difficulty that only the most experienced players can complete.

Despite this challenging difficulty, the game's main playable storyline and explore core were designed to be accessible to all players, including the ones who are simply looking to have fun.

A Fast-Paced Cyberpunk Story

The game's deep story features philosophic themes and debates about what makes us human in the first place as well as the limits of science and technology. As with every good cyberpunk story, Eden Genesis makes you, the player, question reality, and become uncertain about the future, said NintendoEverything.

Along with the new trailer for the game, comes Eden Genesis: Piano Collection which features piano versions of the best songs from the original soundtrack. The composer of the songs is Juan Ignacio Teruel Torres and was arranged and played by special guest musician Elesky.

The game's trials are filled with both environmental and enemy hazards on top of frantic platforming puzzles.

The futuristic setting of the world in Eden Genesis presents a future where technology megacorporations have a say in nearly every aspect of people's daily lives, according to GoNintendo.
