Based on the new game's trailer, it seems that players will have a lot of options on how they fight off against the deadly monsters. These include powerful guns, melee weapons, unlockable perks, and even vehicles.

The demo of the game is a preview of Dead Season's three levels out of a total of 16 where you will be tasked with completing various objectives. You will also have to hunt for resources and battle some of the infected creatures that roam the streets, according to PCGamesN.

Dead Season's demo on Steam will be available to players from May 30, 2024, to June 17, 2024. This means that you will have more than two weeks to dive into this zombie-plagued strategy game and try it out for yourself before its official release.

On top of playing the first three levels of Dead Season, the new demo on Steam also features diverse zombie encounters. Players will have to face off against a variety of undead while trying to keep as quiet as possible while scavenging and completing objectives.

The game puts players into an immersive and gripping single-player experience where strategic prowess and quick thinking are rewards. Following the demo, Dead Season is set to release in full later this year, said GamesPress.

Despite the inclusions in Dead Season's Steam demo, players will not be spoiled on the game's storyline or suggest how it will go when it launches in full. Many fans are also expecting the developer and publisher to reveal in the next few weeks either an early access version or a release window for the game.

Outlasting the Apocalypse

The official description of Dead Season reads that the world as we know it has crumbled and has been overrun by the relentless scourge of the undead. But in the middle of this chaos is a group of unlikely survivors who have banded together with the singular goal of outlasting the apocalypse.

The game will reportedly feature unforgiving turn-based combat where you will have to find weapons, level up your characters, and unlock new abilities to outsmart and outmaneuver the undead.

When the full game launches, players will be able to experience the single-player campaign filled with 16 missions that feature a narrative brought to life through motion comics. Every noise that players make will attract the attention of even more dangerous threats.

On top of the various types of zombies, players will also have to contend with other dangerous threats, such as ruthless thugs. The game says that you will experience the fear and desperation of survival as you traverse through nights filled with terror, according to BleedingCool.
