How to Unlock Ms. Mowz in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

To unlock Ms. Mowz, you need to reach a certain point in the game. You must complete Chapter 4, which involves visiting Twilight Town and defeating the tricky character, Doopliss. This comes after you finish the battles in Glitzville in Chapter 3.

Once Chapter 4 is done, head back to Rogueport and visit the Trouble Center. This is located on the eastern side of the city, past the guard who charges 10 Coins for passage. Look for a room with a green sign above it. Inside, check the bulletin board for a request titled "Elusive Badge!" Accepting this quest is the first step to unlocking Ms. Mowz.

How to Complete "Elusive Badge!" in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

After accepting the "Elusive Badge!" request, go to the Rogueport Inn's second floor and exit through the left door. Climb the staircase to the second floor of Rogueport Plaza and head to the rooftop of Zess. T's house. Here, you'll find Ms. Mowz waiting.

Ms. Mowz will ask you to find a special badge for her. Your destination is Hooktail Castle in the Petal Meadows area. To get there, use the green pipe in Rogueport's underground area. When you reach Hooktail Castle, go to the top floor where you fought Hooktail. Use Madame Flurrie's ability to blow away the paper hiding a chest in the middle of the room. Inside the chest, you'll find the Elusive Badge, known as the Attack FX B Badge.

Return to Rogueport and give the badge to Ms. Mowz on Zess. T's rooftop. After completing this task, Ms. Mowz will join your party and return the Attack FX B Badge to you. Now, you have Ms. Mowz on your team, ready to assist you with her unique skills.

Unlocking Ms. Mowz adds depth and excitement to your journey in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
