Activating Hide My Name

To activate Hide My Name in Overwatch 2, players can follow a few simple steps. First, press the ESC key to access the menu tab, then select Options. From there, navigate to the Social section and click on the Privacy tab. Here, players will find the option to enable Streamer Mode, which serves as the gateway to accessing Hide My Name and other related settings.

Customizing Your Privacy

Once Streamer Mode is enabled, additional options become available for customization. By toggling on Hide My Name, a player's BattleTag is replaced with a randomly generated one, visible to all players in the same lobby.
