Ready for another #SteamSpotlight feature? We sure are very much ready!
For this #SteamSpotlight feature, we are shining the spotlight on a game that is both an open world sandbox game and an adventure role-playing game (RPG). What this means is that you get to build your own world while also experiencing some elements of adventure RPGs.
And what makes it more fun is that it's inspired by the Wild West!
Without further ado, here's what you have to know about Above Snakes.
#SteamSpotlight Feature: Above Snakes
Released on May 25, 2023, Above Snakes is developed by Square Glade Games and published by Crytivo. As mentioned, it is a sandbox game that lets you build a world inspired by the Wild West. Different biomes are available in the game, and it's up to you how you want to put all of that together to create your world.
You also get to create your very own outpost using the game's modular building system. You can even make your own furniture as well as put together a garden to your liking.

Adventure RPG
As we also previously mentioned, Above Snakes is also an adventure RPG. You will get to explore the many biomes in the game, and you'll even encounter some enemies you'll have to fight along the way.
Among the other things you can do in the game are searching for food, farming, and creating workstations. These are all essential in order to survive in the world you create and make your outpost thrive.

"I really liked the concept of creating the world as you progress," user kappajr says in a separate review. "It felt a bit anti-climatic at the end, but maybe that's just me... I'd recommend this game, regardless of that."
