For those who are new to World of Warcraft: Classic, Runes can be found in various areas in the game - either by looting them from enemies or by going to specific locations. Having said that, the Runes can only be attached to certain pieces of gear, such as the chest, gloves, and leg armor.

Best Warrior Runes
-
Chest: Warbringer
-
Gloves: Endless Rage
-
Leg Armor: Consumed by Rage
For the chest, the best Rune that you can use in this slot is the Warbringer. This makes all of your movement abilities, including Charge, Intercept, and Intervene, usable in combat and in any stance, thus alleviating the need to "stance dance." This Rune also removes any movement-impairing effects when you use the aforementioned abilities. You can get a hold of the Warbringer by purchasing it from Grizzby in the Ratchet Inn located at The Barrens.
Rage is the main resource that Warriors use to cast abilities. Therefore, Endless Rage should be put on your gloves to increase your Rage generation by quite a bit. You can get this Rune by defeating Elite or Rare enemies in World of Warcraft: Classic. Be sure to loot their corpses to find the Rune of Endless Rage. Right-click on it and you should be able to apply Endless Rage on your gloves afterward.
Lastly, Consumed by Rage is the Rune that you should use on your leg armor. That is because it gives you a 20% melee damage bonus that lasts for 12 seconds every time you exceed 80 Rage. Couple this with the Endless Rage Rune mentioned above and you have a Warrior character that can decimate enemies with ease! Anyway, you can acquire the Rune of Consuming Rage by defeating Carrodin in a cave in The Wetlands.
