The Ultimate Challenge

Honour Mode in Baldur's Gate 3 presents players with the ultimate challenge, where any character death marks the end of their entire playthrough. Despite its difficulty, players often find humor in the unique ways their runs come to an end.

A Tempting Turn

The player took to the Baldur's Gate 3 subreddit to recount their story titled "Just Ended my Honour Mode Run in the dumbest way possible." Their 47-hour run came to an end when they interacted with Haarlep, a succubus encountered in the game's third act. Opting for the option to give up their body and mind out of curiosity, the player found themselves transformed into a permanent sex slave, resulting in a perma-kill and the conclusion of their Honour Mode run.

As the community responded with amusement, one player humorously noted, "You were certainly not thinking with your head." Others advised against experimenting with unknown decisions during an Honour Mode run, emphasizing the significance of every choice. The shared experiences in the community continue, with players recounting their embarrassing Honour Mode demises.
