Developer Doom Turtle dropped a new hotfix for Ember Knights to address some issues that were found since the "Knights Reforged" Update was launched several days ago.
What Got Fixed?
The Ember Blade, which is the first weapon Ember Knights players wield in the game, allows players to initiate a 3-hit combo by pressing the attack button a few times. At any instance during the attack sequence, players should be able to cancel the assault by just rolling. However, since the "Knights Reforged" update, the community has found that it was not possible. This is no longer the case because the bug that was causing this issue has finally been squashed in Hotfix v1.2.1.
Praxis, the last boss of the game, has multiple phases. One of those phases will have players chase him, breaking a few barriers and doing some intense maneuvering just to get to him. Unfortunately, there was an issue that prevented players from eliminating the boss simply because he was able to teleport or dash out of bounds. The good news is that this particular problem has now been resolved.

Endless Mode Buffed
Players who enjoy "Endless Mode" a lot have found that the game has become exponentially easier since the last major update. Endless Mode, for those who don't know, is a game mode in Ember Knights that puts players to the test by having them eliminate endless hordes of monsters, hence the name.
To address this, Doom Turtle has adjusted enemy HP for the first two loops. In the first loop, enemies will get 400% increased HP instead of just 200% previously. In the second loop, enemies will get another HP boost. This time, it's set to 800% (it was 400% prior to this hotfix). From the third loop onwards, players can expect enemies to be tougher and hit harder, though it's worth noting that no change was made to scaling on enemy attack speed, movement speed, or spawn rate.
