In a report from AFK Gaming, Iy4nu will be joining the Mongolian pro team as its newest gold laner. From the recent post by Positive Gaming, the Filipino talent will immediately play for the team. The team even added that it still has more surprises to unveil in the following days to come.

'Kingslayer' Iy4knu Is Positive Gaming's Latest Addition

Iy4knu has been given the nickname 'Kingslayer' because of his dominant performance in his last matches representing his previous team. The 18-year-old laner helped RSG PH to a 3rd place finish in the recently concluded SIBOL 2022 National Team Selection for the 31st South East Asian Games. The team even managed to land 1st to 4th place in the same tournament's Phase 1.

In MPL PH Season 9, Iy4knu took a break from representing his previous team in pro matches when teammate Eman 'EMANN' Sangco proved to be a dominating force in the gold lane as well. The emergence of this new gold laner pushed 'Iy4knu' to be inactive in Season 9. Many believe that Iy4knu could bring back his old dominant style of playing with this new role in the Mongolian team.

Can Iy4knu Bring Back His Momentum With Positive Gaming?

An interesting take from Spin.PH shares that Iy4knu is also skilled at initiating teamfights. He was a reliable player in team fights for Onic PH back in Season 4. In his time with RSG, he demonstrated his skill as a potential sparkplug, especially with his quick invasions. Iy4knu can completely realize his potential when teamed with suitable teammates since he can easily adjust to their tactical needs.

The former RSG PH player is well known for his ability to turn mage and marksman heroes into really effective carry pieces. In his first seasons in the Philippine MLBB pro scene, many saw Iy4knu as a legit force in the gold lane. This is well highlighted in his performance in Season 4 with ace roamer support Johnmar "OhMyV33nus" Villaluna, now an established championship-caliber player with Blacklist International.

With the emergence of OP mage and marksman characters in the latest patches of the game, Iy4knu has a big chance of carrying the Mongolian team to international championship games. This is to hope that the gold laner will be paired with equally talented players in his debut in the Mongolian MLBB pro league. Another challenge that Iy4knu and his new team could face is the language barrier. Communication is an important factor in building game-winning strategies. Be updated here as we follow Iyaknu and other PH players' MLBB journey in overseas pro teams.

Almost a dozen of PH pro players have joined the exodus out of the Philippines MLBB scene. In recent news, Onic PH's Kairi, along with Coach Yeb, has joined the esports team's counterpart in Indonesia. Stay updated with the latest news and announcements about the MLBB pro scene.
