Rune Factory 5 has made its way to Nintendo Switch over the past year. Initially, it was released in Japan in 2021. A year later, XSeed Games dropped it for its global release.
The role-playing simulation game has been popular among Nintendo DS fans who got used to the prequel. Now, the fans are wondering if the franchise will roll out the title on Steam.
However, a new leak could hint that it's coming very soon on the PC platform.

SteamDB reveals that "Rune Factory 5" is coming next month on PC.
As Attack of the Fanboy spotted via SteamDB page, the upcoming Rune Factory 5 game is allegedly coming on Steam game client this July 13.
The leaker has tipped that this Switch game will surprise the fans with many features including cloud-supported saves and controller support. Additionally, SteamDB mentions that it will also display Steam trading cards, as well as the player's achievements.
Although some fans are pumped up about the game's release, others are held back to try Rune Factory 5. Because of its looming reviews on several game review sites, people are having second thoughts about whether they would purchase the game or not.
For instance, the Metacritic website rated it 68/100. Another popular reviewer IGN says that Rune Factory 5 needs some polishing since it's "far from perfect."

Why does Rune Factory 5 Have Low Ratings?
Most probably, the reason why Rune Factory 5 is criticized is because of the issue on its stick. According to some players, it's highly sensitive to the point that it causes fps drops.
Furthermore, if someone is using the Pro Controller, there are some lags that he/she could experience. They render the game slightly unplayable on the gamer's part.
If you're a fan of the next-gen graphics, you might not like how the developer delivers its design. The character models are good, but some elements are still lacking once you see this game.
It is expected that when Rune Factory 5 comes out on PC, Marvelous (XSeed) will solve them right away. For now, let's hope that the Steam version of the sim game will be smoother than its Switch counterpart.
In other news, a Reddit user has stumbled upon the official website of Hogwarts Legacy. According to the report, this person discovered that the upcoming "Harry Potter" game will have interesting DLC packs and extras.
Opalelement, the one who saw the additional content via a website code, said that the game could potentially have 72-hour early access. Other than that, Dark Arts Battle Arena, Dark Arts Cosmetic Pack, Dark Arts Garrison Hat, Thestral Mount, Kelpie Robe, and more are allegedly coming to the game.
Although the game has no official launch date yet, early rumors suggest that it will land on September 2022.
