"Elden Ring" now offers the New Game Plus or NG+ content once you have already finished the game for the very first time. Upon accomplishing several tasks, including quests and boss fights, it's now your chance to play the game at a different level than you can imagine.
At this point, you can restart playing while retaining some of your items. You can also access the locations that you have already explored here.
This guide will teach you more about the New Game Plus on "Elden Ring" and its work.
'Elden Ring' New Game Plus
According to a report by Gamespot, FromSoftware's previous games are no strangers to the NG+ mode. You can re-run a game that you have completed right from the bat.
Having said that, you can use items that you have used before, but expect that the new missions will be much more difficult in exchange for receiving better rewards in the game.
If you're up for harder tasks, NG+ is for you. For in-game item collectors, this could pave the way for them to get undiscovered equipment that is frequently missed during quests.
The difficulty gets piled up once you complete the game for each NG+. Therefore, it becomes NG++ until it increments its level. You will face a lot of stronger enemies as you move along the game.
That's the idea of the "Souls" games: the expected hardship that will surprise you in oblivion. "Elden Ring" will apparently hold the same thing so thrill-seekers can play something on an absurd level of competition.
Starting the NG+ in 'Elden Ring'
A similar tech news outlet reveals that you can now see an option to play the game in a different mode when you breeze through the game's credits. This is where the New Game Plus will be available.
To start it, go to the Roundtable Hold and access the Site of Grace. You can now choose this option and begin your "Journey 2" in the game.
Few Changes You Need to Know About NG+
Some tweaks might surprise you at first, but you will need to adapt to these changes to continue your progress. Per Fextralife, defeating opponents will yield runes. There's a 550% for the runes that you will earn in this game mode upon beating them.
It's reasonable to give this sheer size, given that you are fighting more powerful enemies. Always pay attention to their improved damage and HP.
